Captain Harlock & Yuuki Kei

There has been a lot of anticipation for the new Captain Harlock movie. The release date of September 7 was just announced this week and fans can't wait for it. We've known of its existence for so long, Hot Toys announced their license for it back in 2010. You can add another set of figures to the list with these prototypes for Square-Enix's Play Arts Kai figures.

There is not anything else revealed about the two figures except that they will be featured at Comic-Con (presumably San Diego) later this year. There's no doubt that more will be announced about them prior to that as they're for a Japan-released movie. From what we do have to go on, the production samples look great. I only hope that they remain like this for the finished product. If they do end up like this in the end, I can count two figures that I'll be buying this year.

Acho que só eu que não achei muita coisa da lata do Harlock! Ele parece um custom feito em cima do Vincent!
