Explicação: I had a tough time at first deciding which figure to use for Lion-O. As a complete and utter toygeek, I wanted all the Thundercats to be in scale (so they can battle Batman and my GI Joes of course.) In the end I used the popular Marvel Legends Face Off Sabretooth that everybody else used to make awesome Lion-Os. And because of his height, he really was the best choice. All the other Thundercats would be based around him. I ripped out Sabretooth's mane, and dremeled down the fur trim of the forearms. I also dremeled away the cloth creases in Sabretooth's legs to make it seem like bare legs. The boots are from a ML Wonderman. The head is a cast of a DC Direct Justice Lex Luthor. The hair and costume details were sculpted with Epoxy Putty.
The claw shield was casted in resin from an original wax sculpt. The idea was it to be removeable and then replaced with the non clawed left arm. But I've since misplaced the normal left arm. The Sword of Omens was another wax sculpt that was casted. It's easily the one piece I've ever made that I'm completely happy about.
O Lion-O achei o mais legal, mas tinha um Panthro e uma Cheetara tb... no site deles tem mais fotos se tiverem curiosidade.
