Hot Toys has posted images of their upcoming Cosbaby Series mini figures based on the upcoming Disney Pixar animated movie Monsters University. These are 3″ tall vinyl figures and include the following characters:

• Mike Wazowski
• James P. “Sulley” Sullivan
• Squishy
• Art
• Tery & Terri
• Don

They have also shown a Monsters University Mike and Sully Vinyl Collectible Set.

Monsters University: Mike, Sulley & Archie Vinyl Collectible Set (Deluxe Version) special features:

- Mike in detailed sculpture which stands approximately 5 inches / 13 cm tall with Monsters University jacket and textbook piled under his feet
- Sulley in fine sculpture which stands approximately 9 inches / 23 cm tall with Monsters University jacket
- Archie in detailed sculpture which stands approximately 2 inches / 5cm tall
- Specially designed movie-accurate paper backdrop featuring Monsters University
